- Transaction Data — Subscription status and purchase history processed via RevenueCat.
1.2 Third-Party Services
We utilize industry-standard cloud providers to ensure a secure and reliable experience:
- Google Firebase — Firebase Authentication for secure login, Cloud Firestore for real-time data synchronization, and Firebase Storage for hosting profile images.
- RevenueCat — Manages in-app subscriptions and validates payments.
- Authentication Providers — Google Sign-In and Sign-In with Apple process your authentication credentials securely according to their respective policies.
1.3 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase). While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
1.4 Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time via the “Delete Account” option within the app settings. This action is permanent and removes all your habits, logs, and profile information from our cloud servers.
1.5 Push Notifications
HabitForm may send push notifications for habit reminders and motivational updates. You can manage these at any time in your device settings.
1.6 Children's Privacy
HabitForm is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
1.7 Global Compliance
We strive to comply with relevant privacy frameworks, including GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). Users in these regions hold specific rights regarding data access, portability, and deletion.
