These terms and conditions apply to the HabitForm app (the “Application”) created by Armagan Gok (“Service Provider”) as a Free/Freemium service.
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, or attempts to extract the source code are strictly prohibited.
2.3 Account Security
If you choose to use cloud synchronization features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4 Service Availability & Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or change pricing models at any time. Cloud-based features depend on third-party service availability (such as Firebase). We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
2.5 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Application or cloud infrastructure.
- Create derivative versions of the Application.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is.” The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the habit tracking data or the constant availability of cloud synchronization services.
